Damit formuliere ich lediglich pers\u00f6nliche Erwartungen und keine allgemeing\u00fcltigen Regeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Die Kommunikation ist auf Dialog hin angelegt (und mehr als eine Kette von Selbstverlautbarungen).<\/li><li>Wer in einem Dialog adressiert wird oder sich aktiv einbringt, reagiert zeitnah.<\/li><li>Im Zweifelsfall wird dem Gegen\u00fcber <em>die gute Absicht<\/em> unterstellt.<\/li><li>Irritation oder Ver\u00e4rgerung werden direkt und konstruktiv ausgedr\u00fcckt.
